12 to 20 people get a 10% discount & 1 FREE place
21 to 50 people get a 12.5% discount & 2 FREE places
51 to 75 people get a 15% discount & 3 FREE places
76 people or more get a 17.5% discount & 4 FREE places

This is as easy as sliding down The Kamikaze:

1. Call 0191 296 1333 and speak to our Group Bookings Co-ordinator.  He/she will reserve your places and give you a booking reference number.
2. Return this form, together with £1 per person.
Please note: If you cancel within 21 days of your booking, we can’t refund your deposit. If you cancel outside 21 days of your booking, we will deduct an £8 admin fee before returning your remaining deposit.
